PRIVACY POLICY OF THE HOF KUPPEN

AND THE PRACTICE FOR PSYCHOTHERAPY

 

The security of your data is important for us! Our community members, freelance workers and employees (henceforth "employees") are bound by us to maintain confidentiality and in particular to comply with the data protection regulations according to § 5 BDSG on data secrecy, on telecommunications secrecy according to § 88 TKG (Telecommunications Act) and according to the UWG (law against unfair competition) to maintain trade and business secrets. Employees are therefore prohibited from processing or using personal data without authorization or from making them accessible to third parties in any form.

1.1 The use of personal data by the seminar house Hof Kuppen and the practice for psychotherapy (henceforth "Hof Kuppen") based in Windeck (Halscheid) and the company address Auf dem Kuppen 8 in 51570 Windeck, is based on the applicable statutory provisions as well as the Consent given by users to the use of personal data. By using our services and products, users consent to the use of personal data.

 

1.2 The seminar house in Hof Kuppen rents rooms for holding seminars and courses, including accommodation for participants and full board. In the practice for psychotherapy various services in the field of humanistic lectures, training and further education, meditation and relaxation exercises as well as products (henceforth "farm offers") can be reserved, booked or bought. The farm offers are provided by Hof Kuppen in its own distribution Use of services of Hof Kuppen. The use of services of Hof Kuppen is made by users.

 

1.3 Since data protection is very important to us, Hof Kuppen strictly adheres to the applicable statutory provisions (GDPR) and the Telecommunications Act (TKG, TMG) ​​when using this data.

2. COLLECTION OF DATA

3. PURPOSE OF USING DATA

 

3.1 We process your data as part of the performance of the contract for the following purposes:

 

  • For the organization and implementation of farm offers, such as lectures, workshops, training, etc.

  • For reservations and bookings of farm offers

  • For reservations and bookings of accommodation and full meals in Hof Kuppen during farm offers and during events that are carried out by external, i.e. not in-house, organizers

  • For creating invoices

  • To create a booking history

  • For SEPA direct debits

 

You can revoke this data processing. If you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process your data for the above-mentioned purposes from this point in time. 3.2 We store your data for the duration of the contractual relationship. Data that is on an invoice or that is required for the creation of an invoice is stored for a correspondingly longer period due to the statutory retention period of twelve years. After the retention period has expired, these data will also be deleted or related documents in paper form will be destroyed.

 

 

4. DATA SECURITY

 

4.1 For reasons of data security, personal data is stored in paper form in locked rooms, digitally on password-protected computers and in closed systems (e.g. external hard disk storage) and protected with a password.

 

4.2 If Hof Kuppen becomes aware that user data has been used systematically and seriously unlawfully and that this threatens to harm the user, Hof Kuppen will inform the user immediately.

Hof Kuppen is not responsible for the data protection regulations and / or procedures of other websites.   • The tax advisory office commissioned by us and their accounting office to prepare our tax returns to the tax office

Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right, granted by the European directive and regulation giver, to receive free information about the personal data stored about him and a copy of this information from the person responsible for the processing at any time. 7.3 Right to Correction

7.4 Right to deletion (right to "be forgotten")

If one of the above conditions is met and a person concerned would like to request the restriction of personal data stored at Hof Kuppen, they can contact the person responsible for processing at any time. The responsible persons at Hof Kuppen will arrange for the processing to be restricted.

 

7.6 Right to data portability

 

Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right granted by the European legislator of directives and regulations to receive the personal data concerning them, which have been made available to a responsible party by the person concerned, in a structured, common and machine-readable format. 7.7 Right to Object

8.1 For reservations and bookings of seminar rooms, accommodation, meals and seminars (in-house and external), the data protection provisions of Hof Kuppen are sent as an attachment in our reply. By confirming reservations and bookings on the part of the users, they confirm that they have read the data protection provisions. Users acknowledge that the personal data mentioned in point 2 will be used for the purposes stated in point 3.1.
